Last Mile Home’s advance exchange program offers your company a way
to manage complex and time-consuming product exchanges that save sales
and build customer relationships. When your phone technicians cannot
pinpoint a functionality problem and on-site repair has either not succeeded
or isn't appropriate, LMH offers a service designed with your customer’s
convenience and satisfaction in mind.
We recognize that every product has a defect rate, and when
your customer receives a product that does not function
properly, we ensure a fast and effective, single source, on-site
service event to maximize efficiency and minimize interrupting
your customer’s life. We manage all the details including
calling your customer prior to the delivery to schedule an
appointment, delivering the new unit, providing either Basic or
Deluxe service which includes a certified technician, and then
shipping the defective product back to your warehouse or repair
depot.
We offer your clients a 4-hour delivery window as well as
provide them with our toll free number and a tracking number so
they are always informed about the progress of the exchange.

(a) All disconnections of A/V cables, tuner source cables, A/C and
speaker wire must be done by customer. Basic Service supports only lifting,
packaging and the exchange of the Flat Panel TV. Deluxe Service must be
purchased for a complete installation and deinstallation whole unit exchange
